Resignation from the TSC chair role

Nezih Yigitbasi #202 Hey everyone, Effective today I am stepping down from the TSC chair role as I will no longer be working on the Presto project. It was an honor for me to serve as the chair & I really appreciated the good partnership with you all. Gale will help kick off the process soon to elect a new TSC chair.
